Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Announces Consideration of Capital and Business Alliance with Chubushiryo for a Feed Manufacturing Business

Ï㽶ÊÓƵ (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Masahiro Okafuji, President & CEO; hereinafter ¡°Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¡±) and Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Feed Mills Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Koto-ku, Tokyo; Teruo Fujishima, President & CEO; hereinafter ¡°Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Feed Mills¡±) announced today that they have decided to consider forming a capital and business alliance with Chubushiryo Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Nagoya, Aichi; Hiroshi Hirano, President & CEO; hereinafter ¡°Chubushiryo¡±) for a feed manufacturing business in the future.
The purpose of this alliance is to form a strategic partnership for a competitive feed manufacturing business by amalgamating the development capabilities, production technologies and raw material procurement abilities of the parties concerned.
Chubushiryo, Ï㽶ÊÓƵ and Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Feed Mills will discuss the alliance faithfully so that the three parties will be able to enter into the final agreement on this alliance as soon as possible.
