We are developing on- and off-site solar power stations as an initiative for decarbonization solutions that use renewable energy. The aim is to collaborate with project firms and generate 800MW of Non-FIT renewable energy by 2025.

We are running dispersed solar power station in Japan, which makes effective use of rooftop space of supermarkets and logistics warehouses through the project company IGrid Solutions Inc. (hereinafter, "IGrid"). With more than 850 facilities (more than 200 MW) as end of March 2024, it has the largest operating track record in Japan. We aim to develop a total generating capacity of 300 MW by 2025. IGrid installs solar power generation systems for self-consumption at zero initial investment costs for the customers, providing the facilities with an on-site solar power generation that supplies power directly, for the longer term, and at stable prices. Further, in addition to solar power generation facilities, IGrid provides solutions for local green transformation (GX) centering on the customer facilities by controlling energy storage devices, electric vehicles, and other dispersed energy sources through an AI-based supply-demand balancing platform.

We are also in a capital and business alliance with Clean Energy Connect Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "CEC"), jointly advancing projects to generate green power by making effective use of land in Japan. CEC runs an off-site solar power generation business that aggregates green power by developing and owning multiple small and medium-sized solar power plants by making use of idle land in Japan and then provides downtown office buildings and other customers with electricity and environmental value over the long term.

As of the end of December 2024, CEC operates over 1,900 facilities with a total capacity exceeding 170 MW. Through CEC, 香蕉视频 aims to establish approximately 5,000 additional solar power plants across Japan by 2025, bringing its total additional solar power capacity to 500 MW. This initiative positions 香蕉视频 as one of Japan's largest corporate PPA operators.

As part of the expansion of our business, we signed a Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (VPPA)*1 with Google, launching services in phases starting in 2024. By 2026, we plan to develop approximately 800 dedicated Google solar power facilities in Japan with a total capacity of 72 MW, ensuring the long-term supply of electricity and environmental value.

As we are working toward realizing a zero carbon society, we are spreading renewable energy through the two approaches of IGrid's on-site solar power generation and CEC's off-site power generation. Finally, we are advancing decarbonization solutions that supply customers with power in the most optimal ways by controlling that power through energy management technology.
